• Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival incur a 1-night room fee, with the remainder refunded.
• No-Show: No-shows are charged for the first night of the booking.

Our standard check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is before 11:30 AM. This window gives our housekeeping team adequate time to sanitize and steam-clean every suite to our five-star standards before each arrival.

• Early Check-in: Subject to room availability upon arrival. If your room is ready, we are delighted to check you in early at no extra charge.
• Late Check-out: Complimentary up to 1:00 PM when availability allows. Extensions beyond 2:00 PM may incur a nominal half-day rate.

In compliance with Bangladesh government lodging regulations, all adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in:
